CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation fees will not be waived by the cruise line. If you select a different cruise date and you are in the cancellation fee period the cancellation fees will still apply.
You cannot simply change your cruise date.
THE DATE THESE FEES ARE INCURRED IS THE TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER OF YOUR BROWN AND KEENE INVOICE. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL WITH NO PENALTY PLEASE ENSURE YOU CANCEL PRIOR TO THIS DATE.

Can be cancelled up to 61 days in advance

PAYMENT TERMS FOR

20% of the cruise fare is due upon booking
If you have an onboard booking the deposit
placed on board will be deducted from
the 20% required deposit.
Final Payment is due 90 days
before the cruise date
Final payment date is on the top right hand
corner of your Brown and Keene InvoiceCREDIT CARDS
It is suggested to use credit cards for payment. Regent accepts all major brand credit cards. The charge to your card will come directly from Regent Cruise Lines.
AIR AND LAND ARRANGEMENTS
These are simply added to your invoice
and charged at the time of final payment.

You must accept or decline insurance prior to final payment. Contact us for your different options. |
