2009 WORLD CRUISE CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation fees will not be waived by the Regent
2009 World Cruises -
Voyager and Mariner
Regents new
administrative fee for cancellation after booking
Full World Cruise bookings cancelled more than 120 days prior to sailing
will incur a
$500 per guest administrative fee in
categories MS to B, and $250 per guest in categories C to
H for the 2009 world cruise.
Segment cruises incur a $100 per person
penalty. Any penalties assessed can be used as a future cruise
credit up to 6 months from the cancellation date.

Voyager.
Full World Cruise bookings cancelled more than 120 days prior to sailing

AIR AND LAND ARRANGEMENTS
Can be cancelled up to 61 days in advance
of departure date for no penalty
60 days before departure air and land are
subject to a 100% cancellation fee. |
PAYMENT TERMS
20% of the cruise fare is due upon booking
If you have an onboard booking the deposit
placed on board will be deducted from
the 20% required deposit.
Final Payment is due 90 days
before the cruise date

corner of your Brown and Keene Invoice
CREDIT CARDS
It is suggested to use credit cards for payment. Regent accepts all major brand credit cards. The charge to your card will come directly from RSSC.
AIR AND LAND ARRANGEMENTS
These are simply added to your invoice
and charged at the time of final payment.
INSURANCE IS 10.5% FOR THE WORLD CRUISE
You must accept or decline insurance prior to final payment. Regent insurance is paid at final payment.
Claims will be paid up to the total cruise fare or $50,000 per person (whichever is lower). Claim amounts in excess of $50,000 per person will be paid with future cruise credits good towards any cruise taken by December 31, the next year
