You will be able to make appointment at 75 days prior to sailing until 7 days before sailing. THEY CAN NOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS. 

The website and phone number are for a reservations center that handles Canyon Ranch, and they are not Regent Seven Seas Cruises employees. 

It is advisable to confirm your spa appointment with the spa once you arrive onboard the ship.
