Purchasing Regent Insurance


Let your Brown and Keene Travel Consultant know before final payment that you want the insurance and it will be added to your booking.   Regent Insurance costs are reflected on the Brown and Keene cruise rate tables on the web. The rate is 9% for world cruise segments and 7% for all other cruises for all items booked through Regent, the cruise, any air or hotels you have added. Port tax does not need to be insured it is fully refundable.
 
Purchasing Travelex Insurance


Let your Brown & Keene Consultant know within 21-days of your booking deposit. You must purchase within 21-days in order to be eligible for full coverage. Once purchased it is non-refundable.
 
Purchasing CSA Insurance

Let your Brown and Keene Travel Consultant know before final payment that you want the insurance.  You must purchase within 24 hours of final payment in order to be eligible for full coverage.
Once purchased it is non-refundable
