CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation fees will not be waived by the cruise line. If you select a different cruise date and you are in the cancellation fee period the cancellation fees will still apply.
You cannot simply change your cruise date.
THE DATE THESE FEES ARE INCURRED IS THE TOP RIGHT-HAND CORNER OF YOUR BROWN & KEENE INVOICE. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL WITHOUT PENALTY PLEASE ENSURE YOU CANCEL PRIOR TO THIS DATE.
Cancellation period is based on vacation start date, not cruise departure date.
AIR, LAND AND HOTEL
Air, land, and hotel programs are subject to a 100% cancellation
fee if cancelled within 60 days of departure.

120-91 days prior to vacation date: $200 cancellation fee per person
90-60 days prior to vacation date: 10% of fare per person
59-30 days prior to vacation date: 25% of fare per person
29-15 days prior to vacation date: 50% of fare per person
14-0 days prior to vacation date: 100% of fare per person
Standard Cruises 2009
From date of deposit to 121 days prior to vacation date: $200 per booking administration fee. This admin fee may be converted to a future cruise credit redeemable on bookings made up to 6 months after cancellation and for travel any time.
120-91 days prior to vacation date: $400 per booking cancellation fee
90-60 days prior to vacation date: 10% of fare per person
59-30 days prior to vacation date: 25% of fare per person
29-15 days prior to vacation date: 50% of fare per person
14-0 days prior to vacation date: 100% of fare per person
Paul Gauguin 2008
From date of deposit to 121 days prior to vacation date: $100 per person administration fee applies to deposited bookings.
120-91 days prior to vacation date: 10% of fare per person
90-61 days prior to vacation date: 20% of fare per person
60-31 days prior to vacation date: 50% of fare per person
30-0 days prior to vacation date: 100% of fare per person

CREDIT CARDS
It is suggested to use credit cards for payment. Regent accepts
Visa, MC and AMX credit cards. The charge to your card will show up as "Classic Cruises" or "Duetshe Bank". (Regent Seven Seas Cruises is the name under which Classic Cruises Holdings S. De R.L, does business.)
AIR AND LAND ARRANGEMENTS
These are simply added to your invoice
and charged at the time of final payment.
INSURANCE
Regent
Insurance is a percentage of the cruise fare
including air and
hotels.
8% for cruises under 14 nights.
9% for
cruises over 14 nights
10.5% for world cruises.
If you purchase Regent Insurance
at the time of your deposit the insurance will cover
pre-existing conditions. The insurance is
fully refundable up to the time of final payment. Regent insurance can be
purchased at the time of final payment but will not
cover pre-existing conditions for the passengers but
WILL cover pre-existing conditions of family members.
You must accept or decline
insurance
prior to final payment. |
