CANCELLATION TERMS
Cancellation fees
will not be waived by the cruise line.
If you select a different cruise date and you are in the cancellation fee period, the cancellation fees will still apply.
You cannot simply change your cruise date.
THE DATE THESE FEES ARE INCURRED IS THE TOP RIGHT-HAND CORNER OF YOUR BROWN & KEENE INVOICE. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL WITHOUT PENALTY, PLEASE ENSURE YOU CANCEL PRIOR TO THIS DATE.
Booking
Modifications within Penalty
For
guests who modify bookings with a category
change within penalty that result in a voyage
fare price decrease, the amount of the decrease
will be subject to the cruise cancellation fee.
For example, if a guest changes a suite from MS
to an H twenty days before sailing on a standard
cruise and the fare drops $5,000, that $5,000
will be subject to a 50% penalty meaning the
refund would be $2,500. The penalty is
commissionable at 10% up to 14 days out, and
full commission within 14 days. This is for
voyage fare only.
Cancellation Penalties
Cancellation period is based on vacation start
date, not cruise departure date. Airfares are
subject to a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled
within 60 days of departure. Land and hotel
programs are subject to a 100% cancellation fee
if cancelled within 90 days of
departure.
All
cancellations must be in writing. The following
cancellation charges will be assessed for all
written cancellations received prior to
departure up to the scheduled time of departure.

tour
packages cancelled after receipt of the airline
ticket, refunds will only be processed after the
return of the airline ticket. The following

checks made payable to Regent Seven Seas Cruises
are all acceptable forms of payments. Once a
deposit is made, all changes are subject to an
administrative fee.

Insurance is based on invoice total less port
charges and may be offered to all guests
excluding those from Puerto Rico or the UK. For
the RSSC Fleet, voyages of 26 days or less will
carry a premium of 10%. For voyages or 126
nights
or more
the premium is 20%. The length of the vacation which
determines the premium is dependent upon the
length of the entire vacation booked through
RSSC, not just the cruise length.
The insurance is
