onboard booking discount is valid for redemption by
regular fare guests only and applies to both adults
and children.

Guests
must book a specific future cruise in order to get the
discount.

Guests may transfer their
discount to a different cruise ONE TIME
ONLY IF BOOKED ONBOARD THE SHIP WITH THE CRUISE
CONSULTANT providing the new cruise is
still available to book.

The onboard booking discount for
a future cruise can be retroactively
applied to an existing booking
while onboard another sailing as long as the
discount, category, and price program booked are still
available on the future cruise.

The future sailing requesting an
retroactively applied onboard booking must also be
outside of final payment.

Onboard bookings
with Travel Agents. An onboard booking
can be made ONLY through the guest’s
current agent of record and the agency of
record cannot be changed onboard

If you
wish to change your travel agent: Onboard
bookings can be made DIRECT with Regent if the guest no
longer wants to use the agency that booked them on the
current cruise. After the direct booking has
been made and deposited they can stay as a Regent Direct
booking or transfer that booking to an agency of their
choice.
