Stretch &
Relax -
Basic gentle
stretching and relaxation exercises to
improve movement and flexibility in the
muscles and joints.
All levels welcome!
Yoga
Stretch - (Stretch & Strengthen) A
deep stretch combined with strengthening
yoga poses. This class will relieve
stress and tension in the muscles and
help to clear the mind. Improves
flexibility and posture and can be a
great introduction to yoga and great for
all levels. Excellent for improving
back, shoulder and hip flexibility. All
levels welcome!
Muscle
Mix - A focus on upper and lower
body toning class with static
strengthening moves and floor exercises.
This class incorporates free weights and
floor exercises, aiming to work the
arms, shoulders, and legs. All levels
welcome!
Cardio
Groove - A workout of choreographed
routines using Low Impact moves with
light hand weights.
Fab Abs
- This class concentrates solely on the
abdominal muscles to increase strength
and promote better posture in the
mid-section. Tone and tighten your
tummy.
Get on
the Ball - This class focuses only
on the entire body. Work on the Swiss
ball to promote core strength and
balance. Challenge your whole body with
a combination of weights, ball, and
floor exercises.
Pilates
- A series of floor exercises
concentrating on the strengthening and
lengthening of the core muscles. Helps
improve posture, circulation, and
flexibility. Suitable for all levels.
