Seven Seas Cruises provides air arrangements as a convenience and
service to the guests. Airline schedules will be available 75 days
prior to departure and final air schedules will be ticketed
approximately 30 days prior to departure. Brown and Keene will check
with RSSC at 75 days prior to departure and forward you the
itinerary as soon as it is available. Should you not request an Air
Deviation, routings and schedules are at the sole discretion of the
airline and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises reserves the right to choose the air
carrier, routing and city airport from each gateway city. Any
changes made to an issued airline ticket will incur an
administrative change fee. Any additional costs including penalties
for cancellations/re-bookings will be made at the Guest’s expense.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises has no responsibility for altered travel
plans caused by airline delays or for any act, omission or event
occurring while not onboard.

If you would like to customize your air arrangements, go in early or
stay over and/or after the cruise or select specific routes or
carriers Regent Seven Seas Cruises can accept Air Deviation requests
270 days prior to departure. The air deviation fee is a
non-refundable fee of $100 per person, payable at the time of
booking. Air deviation itineraries and are usually completed within
48 hours of request being made.
Air schedules may not be changed within 60 days of departure.
Air Availability
RSSC
contracts with most major airlines for certain classes of service
and are in most cases limited by contracts. A seat may show
available with an airline online but RSSC may not be able to book
that seat because of the code of service. All airlines will not be
available and some airlines will require an up-charge if a guest
wishes a particular carrier and/or flight. Secondary air gateways
also require an up-charge as listed on the RSSC website.
Seat Assignments, Frequent Flyer Numbers and Award Upgrades

Directly
Neither
Regent Seven Seas Cruises nor Brown and Keene will confirm airline
seat assignments, add frequent flyer numbers to airline records or
request special meals. These services should be arranged by you
directly with the airline once your itinerary has been assigned or
the tickets have been issued. In almost all cases, the tickets
issued by RSSC are not upgradable with frequent flyer miles. Any
request of this nature must be handled directly with the airline.
Cancelled Air Tickets
All
airline tickets issued by Regent Seven Seas Cruises are refundable
only to Regent Seven Seas Cruises, therefore, all tickets should be
returned to: Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Attention: Air Refunds.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises will determine the amount of any refund
due. If the air ticket is lost, the Guest is responsible for the
costs of its replacement. |
