We cannot provide routing or air carrier details until the air is assigned by Regent. Air is usually assigned by Regent 60 - 45  days before departure.

Regent Air cannot be scheduled in or out of any city other than the embarkation and debarkation cities.

Regent has the right to chose the carrier and routing of the air schedule. No request can be made for a specific airline or flight departure.  Any requests are considered a "custom air" option - see details below.

Regent will only provide air arrangements to the embarkation city and debarkation city

Regent air includes transfers from the airport to the pier and from the ship to the airport.

If you buy a Regent hotel or land package the air will be arranged to co-ordinate with the land arrangements and all transfers will be included.

Regent will not arrange seat assignments nor enter frequent flyer numbers. 

Most Regent air is now processed on electronic tickets

For a non-refundable custom air fee of $100  per person you can request to customize your air itinerary

Choice of carrier is limited to those with whom Regent has current contracts. Not all airlines are available and can vary by cruise date

You may leave early or stay over in the embarkation and debarkation cities.

Once itinerary is arranged you have 24 hours to approve the arrangements

After 24 hours any further changes will be an additional $100 per person per person custom air fee

Advantages are earlier arrangements often mean better connections, early seat assignments and possibly other connections, early seat assignments and possibly the carrier of you choice.
