If you have an American Express Platinum card - the one that costs $450 a year, you can receive the following benefits. NO OTHER AMERICAN EXPRESS PLATINUM AFFILIATED CARD WILL WORK. No Delta, Optima, Costco, Hilton, etc - affiliated Platinum cards.

Centurion
Passengers who are American
Express Centurion Card members who book and pay with an
eligible American Express Card (does not have to be
Centurion) on an eligible cruise of more than 4 nights will
earn a $500 per suite shipboard credit ($375 for singles)
and a “back of the house” tour. This is a behind the scenes
tour of the ship’s operations guided by a member of the
crew, concluding with a champagne toast. An authorization
number must be obtained from the Agency Services Desk
through Platinum Travel Services (PTS) in order for the
promotion to be added to the booking for all eligible
bookings not made through PTS. A maximum of three suites
may be purchased using the same Centurion Card (all three
would earn the promotion with the proper authorization
code). Full Grand Voyages, back to back or
combination bookings receive this offer once. They will NOT
receive this offer for every segment. Centurion amenities
are not combinable with National Account amenities.

HOW IT WORKS PRIOR TO THE CRUISE AND ON THE SHIP |
- There will be nothing in your tickets that identify the credit.
- Once on board you receive a letter in your cabin notifying you of the credit.
- If this letter is not in your cabin, check immediately with reception
to see if you have the credit on your account.
- If there is any problem, please email Brown and Keene immediately. Unfortunately, this credit can "fall through the cracks" if the special authorization code (tracking number) is not forwarded by Regent to the ship. This is easily fixed. I can contact Regent for you and ensure that (a) the number is in their records and (b) instruct them to contact the ship and confirm the credit.
- This MUST BE applied to your onboard account. If you wait until the end of the cruise to fix this error you will not receive the credit.
