French a la carte restaurant operated under
the auspices of Le Cordon Bleu. Le Cordon
Bleu is undoubtedly the most famous culinary
school in the world today and it is the only
restaurant operated by Le Cordon Bleu chefs
at sea today.
Reservations are required. In order to accommodate all our guests and to
ensure a quality dining experience, we limit a visit to
one time per cruise per cabin number. Furthermore, to maintain the
food quality in Signatures we cannot accept groups larger than
ten
guests at the same time.

Voyager & Mariner & Navigator
The most intimate of restaurants on board,
Prime 7 is a glamorous, contemporary
interpretation of a classic American
steakhouse. Along with avant-garde
appetizers, savory soups and tantalizing
desserts, the stars of the evening are the
main courses with eight USDA Prime, dry-aged
steaks to choose from, plus an enticing
selection of lamb, pork, poultry and seafood
specialties.

Regent's Main Dining Room for the Voyager, Mariner & Navigator
This
is
the principal restaurant onboard featuring
contemporary cuisine, a ‘Well Being" menu,
vegetarian dishes,
local specialties representing the cruise
destination, and any special dietary request
guest may have.
Reservations are not required and larger groups can be accommodated.

charm and unique character. Acknowledging
the current fascination with the healthy and
flavorsome cuisine of the Mediterranean the
chefs in La Veranda derive their inspiration
for La Veranda’s menus from the entire
Mediterranean basin with a wide range of
antipasto, cheeses and entres from
Spain, France, Italy, Greece, and North
Africa.
